BAXTER PROMISES EAGLES "A GAME"

New South Africa coach Stuart Baxter has signed a 5 year deal and has vowed to give Nigeria "a game" when the two teams clash early next month.

Ephraim Mashaba was given the boot last year and Baxter was brought in by the South Africa Football Association to fill the vacant Bafana Bafana position in what is his second term as coach of the South Africa National Team.

Baxter, 63, is current coach of Premier Soccer League side, SuperSport United and will remain in charge of the PSL side till the end of the season.

The English man's first game is an African Nations Cup qualifier against the Super Eagles of Nigeria in June and he is expected to name his squad on the 25th of May.
